Delivery Information and Costs

At Geoffrey Butler Cycles we're proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive quickly.
U.K. Customers
Which countries are included in the UK?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. The same postage charges apply for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands except for larger items that will go via ParcelForce Euro 48 service, price will be quoted at time of order for approval.
How will it be delivered?
All items delivered to a UK address will be despatched using either Royal Mail or ParcelForce
Deliveries to a UK address, despatch time is one to three working days.
NB: Delivery times to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules.
P&P Costs
Orders under £25 = £2.50 p&p
Order over £25.01 = £3.50 p&p
Orders over £50 = Post Free U.K. mainland only
Large items such as Frames, Bike Cases, Home Trainers, Wheels, Workstands = £9.00
International Customers
We will send all around the world. Every order placed by an overseas customer is dealt with individually. Parcels under 2kg can be sent using normal airmail. Parcels over 2kg will be sent using ParcelForce Worldwide courier service. We will send all our customers an email with total cost of order, with deducted VAT (when applicable) plus the postage.
